The Art Of Theft

You can rob any of the shop owners (not the ones who sell guns because they'll shoot you) by pointing your gun on him. More the money he gives, more the police stars you get. After giving packs of money 4 times, he presses the alarm and ducks by that time there will police swarming around you outside.

Helicopter Is Better Than A Bike

While doing the film studio mission G-spotlight when you go inside the office with your bike and stand on the pink marker do not do the mission in your bike. Instead drop down from the building from your bike. (If you are hurt activate the cheat aspirine) Just in front of the office there is a police helipad. Go up there and take the helicopter and complete your mission by lading on all the markers.

Beating The Vigilante Mission

To get to the vigilante mission 12 and get 150 armor easily, all you have to do is enter a police vehicle (Rhino recommended as it is a strong vehicle), start the vigilante mission, get out of the vehicle, activate the cheat 'big bang', by doing this the target's car blasts (including your police vehicle, so make sure you are far enough to not get killed). Now spawn the Rhino activating the cheat 'panzer' get inside it and repeat doing it until you get enough money (be sure to get back in the Rhino before the time runs out).

When you buy dance club you see a bar girl you can go close to her you will see that she is not wearing her bra.

    This GTA: IV Cheat Pack is a useful tool for Grand Theft Auto fans, unlocking 16 cheats to help the player work through the game.

    In Grand Theft Auto 4, Niko Bellic, an Eastern European, arrives in Liberty City at the behest of his cousin, Roman, only to find that the American dream is not all mansions and business, but rather gangs, dodgy deals and seedy apartments. Undeterred, he helps his cousin out, fighting off gangsters and moving through a narrative in which the player must complete missions to achieve goals and meet targets.

    This cheat pack offers a wide range of bonuses, from extra weapons and firepower, to access to different cars and even entirely different modes of transportation, such as helicopters and boats. There are also cheats that give Niko more money or boost his health if he has recently been under attack. There are sixteen cheat codes in total.

    In order to access the cheat codes, the player must make Niko take out a mobile phone during gameplay. This is achieved by pressing the 'up' button. When he is holding the mobile phone, the cheat code – which looks like a mobile phone number – is keyed in. The number must be manually entered, as there is no cut and paste facility on the cheat pack. Once the number is in, the 'call' button must be pressed. If the code has been entered correctly the message 'cheat activated' will appear on the screen. Thereafter, the player can access the code by going into the memory of the phone, selecting 'Options' and seeing a list of all the cheats that have been entered into the phone.

    The GTA: IV Cheat Pack is, at base, simply a list of cheats that can be found elsewhere on the Internet. The main benefit is that all the cheats are laid out neatly and in one place.
